my first (official) finished oil painting where i got to choose the subject. i'm attached to it.
18 x 24 oils on canvas some progress some detail (credit to sergio for the fantastic ref. photo of sydney) 'someday' i'll get a better photo without the easel popping into view. Daily DeviationGiven 2008-02-25sydney is a beautifully executed piece... the inclusion of the scissor makes it distinctly unusual and opens more levels to the reading. ~hyperphagia's watercolors and pencil works are also a pleasure to watch. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
